LHW Training Center opened in January 2014 and is the official training center located in Goreville! 24 hour gym access, State of the art weight facility, SPINNING Studio and Cardio Room. LHW Training Center welcomes anyone ready to sweat!

Starting Jan 1, 2014 SPIN Cancellation Policy : If the class is FULL and you choose not to show or cancel 2 hours prior to class time, you will be charged for the class ($10) OR a day will be deducted from your unlimited package. At class start time, any open spots will be given to stand-by-clients (in other words, if you are late, you could lose your reservation). LHW appreciates all your efforts in respecting this SPIN class policy. We never want you to miss but we realize life happens and schedules change quickly...lets make seats available to those next in line ? Thanks in advance from LHW Studio
