LHW offers the official SPINNING experience with it's own Spinning Room equipped with 10 Spinner Bikes. LHW Cardio Room offers Treadmills, Ellipticals and for the serious Fat Shredder the old school Stair Master along with a few other unique cardio pieces you may not find at other local gyms like the Jacobs Ladder and a Rope Pull.
